President
Greg Deane is an Executive with over 15 years' experience in legal technology and business transformation. He specializes in business growth and has both built and overseen a number of teams throughout his career to assist with large, multi-jurisdictional projects throughout EMEA. Currently a Director with LDM Global, Greg oversees their EMEA operation.
Rachel McAdams
Vice President
Rachel McAdams is an experienced eDiscovery professional, currently sitting within the Data Projects Group at A&L Goodbody. As the eDiscovery Technical Specialist for ALG, she advises on the use of technology, as well as best practices, for data-driven investigations and eDiscovery. She has consulted on numerous regulatory investigations in multiple jurisdictions, and been responsible for scoping, collating data sources, and designing workflows for a smooth and efficient investigation. Rachel is a hands-on advocate of using technology to accelerate investigations and utilise data to its fullest potential. Rachel is a Certified Relativity Master, and a Certified eDiscovery Specialist.
Inés Rubio Alcala-Galiano

Inés Rubio is Head of Information Management and Incident Response at BSI’s centre of excellence for Cybersecurity and Information Resilience. She is a qualified lawyer and leads a team of technical consultants providing solutions in the area of eDiscovery, Digital Forensics and Incident Response to a broad range of clients including law firms, financial institutions, public bodies and private corporations. Her legal background and experience further enhance her capacity in advising clients on data project management and industry best practices and solutions. Inés is a qualified Project Manager, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and holds industry certifications such as Relativity Expert.
Niamh Murphy
Public Relations & Marketing Director
Niamh Murphy is the Director of eDiscovery in the Legal Tech and Innovation Services department of Arthur Cox one of Ireland’s leading law firms She specialises in eDiscovery and litigation document review across a range of areas including regulatory investigations and inquiries.Niamh qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and has gained extensive experience in relation to managing and coordinating large volumes data reviews including eDiscovery, investigations, due diligence projects, loan sales and data access requests. She advises on all stages of the data review process from the document identification and preservation stage through to production implementing protocols within the EDRM to ensure the delivery of best practices. Niamh also has extensive project management experience overseeing a number of multi-disciplinary teams within LTIS and ensuring that the correct resources and technology are put in place to maximise efficiencies.
Eugene O'Neill
Membership Director
Eugene has 20 years of eDiscovery, technology and services experience. He currently leads the EMEA market for Reveal Data and brings along his skills and experience built over 10 years as CEO at GEON Legal Solutions. Eugene has worked on a multitude of cases ranging in size and complexities in Ireland, the UK and EU. His expertise is respected in the industry and range across all levels of clients including law firms, government agencies, large corporations and financial institutions.
Paula Fearon
Director at Large
Paula heads McCann FitzGerald’s Project Services Group, a team of qualified lawyers and technical experts who specialise in large scale document review projects.
Paula trained with McCann Fitzgerald and qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and having spent many years as a commercial litigator in the firm, she has built up an extensive knowledge of ediscovery, disclosures, investigations and document analysis. Applying this expertise, Paula joined the Project Services Group in 2016 where her work also now includes due diligence projects, loan sales, contract reviews and data access requests. Paula is an experienced people manager overseeing a number of large multi-disciplinary teams within the Project Services Group.
Paula advises on discovery strategy, document review protocols, workflows and processes. She is an experienced legal project manager and coordinates large-scale projects from document identification and preservation stage through to production. Paula has an in-depth technical knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and analytics tools and will ensure that the right technology is selected for each project and that resources are applied at precisely the right level to maximize effectiveness as well as time and cost efficiencies. Paula also advises clients involved in regulatory investigations to ensure statutory document and information requests are complied with within the tight timeframes that are often stipulated by regulators.
Paula is a member of the EDRM Global Advisory Council and lectures on all aspects of eDiscovery and document review including eDiscovery law, legal project management and technology assisted review.
Eoghan Kenny

Eoghan Kenny is a qualified solicitor who prior to joining A&L Goodbody, spent over 7 years working as a specialist in banking and fund litigator. Eoghan joined ALG two and half years ago to set up the firm's Data Projects Group. Since joining Eoghan has grown the Data Projects team from 2 people to an interdisciplinary group of over 30 people comprised of solicitors, analysts, project managers, technology specialists and eDiscovery professionals. Eoghan has extensive experience advising clients on their legal obligations when complying with statutory investigation requests, search warrants, and high court discovery orders. He also has industry leading experience advising clients on the best practices and technologies to adopt when doing so.
